The first time ET and I tried these waffles were at the Vancouver Eat event earlier this year. A booth was giving out samples of these fluffy treats and they gave ET and I a “wow”. These waffles are like traditional Belgium waffles which are thick, crispy on the outside and soft in the centre. Best of all, they are almost ready to eat out of the box. I pop them into the toaster as if they are pop tarts and they would turn out fresh, hot and delicious.

Because the waffles need to be stored in the freezer, they need to be toasted for a longer time. I push them back into the toaster after the first time they pop. Also, because they are toasted for a longer time, they need to be toasted at the low setting.
ET loves his waffles very sweet. He likes to eat them with vanilla ice cream, syrup and raspberry sauce. I like my waffles with just the ice cream. Less is more

The only complain about these waffles is the price. Ouch! They really cost an arm and a leg. There are 6 waffles in a box; you can do the math. I trick myself by thinking that a restaurant would charge me more.
