There are two grills in the pictures above, an 18″ Weber Smokey Mountain, and a 22″ Weber Kettle. Both the chickens and ribs were cooked in the WSM.

I think there was meat in both the bottom and top chambers of the WSM, so the kettle was a temporary staging area for the ribs while the bottom rack was unloaded. The ribs were ultimately glazed and finished over direct heat on the kettle.

Hi Steph: yeah my friend IDL swears by his charcoal grill. I can prove him right because the food it makes taste awesome.

Hi Foodiewife: too bad that your cake turned out soggy. This is funny because I found that when I add even more blueberries, it turns out better. Perhaps we are using different oven. Hope you have a better turn out next time.

I made this on the weekend and it was very delicious. I only added two cups of blueberries, however it was a bit too much and my cake ended up being too soggy (not moist). It was still tasty though. Next time I’ll use less fruit.

The cake looks so yummy! I love cakes with cream cheese. I miss our BBQ with charcoal.. the gas ones never taste the same.
