And while I've been making regular trips to Calgary, I actually did not manage to collect any material for posts. I've eaten a couple of times at Saint Germain (in the Hotel Arts), but was not able to get decent photos with my camera phone. I've also been to Vintage Chophouse which you recommended, but same problem with the photos. And then the other times, I had dinner with the members of my team, which necessitated neutral ground, meaning Tony Romas, Earls, Cactus Club, all of which I have no particular desire to write about. Since we've added another camera to our kitbag, perhaps I will take one of the small ones on my next trip to see if I can document another restaurant yet. Affordable being the key word there. Its a cafe, but have you been out to the Salade de Fruits Cafe Bistro on W 7th & Granville South? Lunch and brunch is a fairly good deal. Mistal in Kits also has a good lunch deal, with four versions of 3 piece, prix-fixe meals ($19 to $24). BTW, any chance you'll report on any more Calgary meals from your recent visit there again?
