I finally had the chance to try the recipe today and it turned out DELICIOUS! I added extra celery and carrot and I think it made it more sweet. Thanks for sharing such a fantastic recipe

What a co-incidence! I just read about his cookbook today and was in awe of how heavy it was. I like the step by step photos. Damn I wish Google chrome had a stumbleupon toolbar. *sigh*
